1999 Widener University School of Law, JD.  Ms. Galusha has more than ten years litigation experience representing businesses, professionals and individuals in a wide range of matters.  Ms. Galusha also has experience counseling small businesses regarding contract formation, regulatory issues, employment related issues, risk management and litigation avoidance, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Ms. Galusha has specialized her practice in several areas such as personal injury matters, including slip and falls, automobile accidents, workplace injuries and product defects. Additionally, she represents clients with respect to employment related disputes such as racial discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. She also handles the Firms' Community Association clients and acts as private counsel, in which she provides legal advice on governing documents, including counseling, drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and amending governing documents for Boards, providing legal opinions, as well as collection, foreclosures, and litigation of claims on behalf of Boards.   Additionally, she handles the day to day issues that arise in community associations. She handles collections, foreclosures, and litigation of claims on behalf of all private, business and community association clients.   Ms. Galusha also handles landlord/tenant disputes for residential and commercial properties.  Ms. Galusha is experienced in the United States District Court of New Jersey, Superior Court Law Division, Chancery Division, Appellate Division, as well as, arbitration/mediation.
