Shelley G. Prebenda has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Shelley concentrates her practice in Family Law and Ethics matters and is an experienced family law attorney with specialty in matters of divorce, child support, custody & visitation, alimony, and domestic violence.
A former Town Hall employee sued Belleville and Township Manager Victor Canning for discrimination. After a 10-day trial, a Superior Court jury ruled unanimously in favor of former employee Carol Politz for the amount of $466,000.
The lawsuit stems from alleged incidents in 2007 in Town Hall, where Politz worked under Cannings supervision.
The Firm is proud to announce that it has merged with Alyson E. Galusha, Esq. and will now be known as Mark & Galusha, LLC. This merger will expand the Firm’s current practice from Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Employment, Civil Rights, and Municipal Court Practice to Condominium Representations, Collections, Foreclosures, and Small Business representation. We are very happy and proud Ms. Galusha has decided to bring her vast experience and joined the Firm.

Mark & Galusha Participates in the 2011 Valerie Fund Run at Verona
Mark & Galusha is proud to announce that it was a major sponsor of the Valerie Fund run/walk for pediatric oncology. In its efforts to do its part, Mark & Galusha participated in the run at Verona Park on June 19, 2011. The Valerie Fund is a not-for-profit organization established in 1976 in memory of nine-year-old Valerie Goldstein, and provides support for the comprehensive health care of children with cancer and blood disorders . Mark & Galusha was proud to have particpate in the run and walk during the day to help support the Valerie Fund's efforts to find a cure for childrens cancer and blood disorders, and help support the loved ones whose children have been stricken by cancer and other blood disorders. We would like to thank Mr. Barry Kirschner of the fund who put on a great day of entertainment and enlightenment.
