Jennifer Kosinski filed a federal lawsuit against the infomercial salesman Vince Shlomi, known for his sale of ShamWow towels and Clap Chop food dicer.  Ms. Kosinski was Shlomi’s personal assistant for approximately one year.  She sued Shlomi for civil battery and unpaid wages, accusing him of failing to pay her overtime wages, touching her inappropriately, stalking her,  treating her in a controlling manner, and trying to make her his “love slave.”  Ms. Kosinski claims that Shlomi fired her after she refused to show him a text message she received.
