The California Supreme Court has ruled that Google must stand trial in a discrimination lawsuit filed against them by a former employee. Brian Reid claims in his lawsuit that he was dismissed from the company in 2004 because he was "too old." His bosses told him that he "was not a cultural fit" and co-workers called him a "fuddy-duddy," the suit states. Reid is 54 years old. Google will face a trial by jury.
