Any employer who fails to post these notices in a conspicuous and open manner may be subject to a monetary fine. Word of warning to all – Get those Posters up before its too late. The fact that the posters are up helps the employer avoid liability by providing an open and clear path to reporting illegal conduct, or providing basic information for the employee to help them should the need arise.
