The NBA's Los Angeles Clippers have filed a lawsuit against former coach/GM Mike Dunleavy in an attempt to avoid paying him the $6.75 million remaining on his contract. The Clippers claim in their suit that Dunleavy purposely had no intention to "perform his duties and obligations as head coach through the 2010-11 season," of which he was under contract for. The Clippers had signed Dunleavy to a major extension in 2007, but claim they were defrauded by him.
